Bob Lanza, President/Founder, has recruited, trained and managed salespeople for over 20 years. As Vice President of one of the country’s largest staffing firms, Bob successfully selected, trained, and coached a nationwide team of sales professionals in selling a diverse business line.
Bob formed Sales Team Solutions, LLC to assist companies in forging a sales culture. By helping business owners and managers understand the financial impact of their sales management processes, Bob has gained a reputation for producing bottom line results.
Along with being a frequent speaker on the staffing circuit, Bob is a contributing author for national sales publications.
